If you plan to volunteer in your child's classroom, on campus or chaperone field trips, please use the link below to complete an application. If you have TB clearance on file with the school from last school year, once we receive your online application, we will automatically upload your TB clearance documentation for you. If you do not already have TB clearance on file, you may bring your paper copy TB clearance documentation to the office and we can upload it as well.
